Accessibility Statement
Last updated: August 19, 2026
Target and current scope
Trunnion AI, LLC aims for WCAG 2.2 Level AA conformance on the public Vortiek website. This is a target, not a third-party certification and not a statement about the unreleased product or apps.
Accountable owner
Accessibility for this site is owned by the Vortiek web delivery lead at Trunnion AI, LLC, reachable at contact@trunnion.ai. The owner is accountable for triaging reports, tracking remediation against the commitments below, and keeping this statement current.
Checks completed
Representative public routes are automatically checked for semantic landmarks, headings, keyboard-visible focus, reduced motion, common WCAG A/AA issues, and horizontal reflow at 1280 × 900, 390 × 844, and 320 × 700 viewports. These checks run in continuous integration on every change and must pass before a change merges to the production branch. Automated testing cannot identify every barrier.
Current features
- A skip link and semantic main content.
- Keyboard-operable navigation and privacy controls, including a focus-managed preferences dialog with an Escape dismiss.
- Visible focus indicators and reduced-motion support.
- Responsive layouts tested without horizontal overflow on representative routes.
Remediation commitments
We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within five business days. A confirmed barrier that blocks a core flow (navigation, the consent and privacy controls, or the contact path) is remediated or given an accessible alternative within ten business days. Other confirmed WCAG 2.2 AA barriers are addressed within thirty days or in the next release, whichever comes sooner. If a fix needs longer, we tell the reporter the plan and interim alternative.
Known limitations
The site has not received an independent accessibility audit. Some decorative imagery may be interpreted differently across assistive technologies, and external email applications are outside our control. The future authenticated product requires its own manual and assistive-technology testing before launch.
Feedback and accommodation
Email contact@trunnion.ai with the page, barrier, browser or assistive technology, and preferred response format. Do not include sensitive personal information. We will acknowledge the report and work toward an accessible alternative or correction.
