1. The free trial comes first
Every paid tier purchased through our web checkout starts with a 7-day free trial.
You will not be charged until the trial ends, and we will tell you the exact date,
amount and plan before you confirm. Cancel any time during the trial and you pay
nothing.
2. Auto-renewal, stated plainly
- Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period (annual or monthly, whichever you chose).
- We show the renewal price and date at purchase, and send a reminder email before each annual renewal.
- If a renewal price ever increases, we notify you in advance and the new price applies only from your next renewal.
3. Cancel online, in seconds
You can cancel any time from your account settings on the web, with the same number of
clicks it took to subscribe. No phone calls, no chat queue, no retention maze.
Cancellation stops the next renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the
period you already paid for.
4. Refunds
- Because every subscription begins with a free trial, purchases made through our web checkout are not refundable once billed. The trial is your risk-free window.
- Where local law grants you a mandatory cooling-off or refund right, that right applies and we honor it.
- If we materially fail to provide the service (extended outage, billing error, duplicate charge), contact us and we will make it right, including a refund where appropriate.
5. Purchases through app stores
When iOS and Android apps launch, subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google are
billed by those stores and follow their refund processes. This policy governs web
checkout purchases only.
