Company
Vortiek wasn't dreamed up in a boardroom. It comes from years of real segments, real misconnects, real upgrade lists, and the conviction that frequent flyers deserve better than the tools they've been given.
The story
Vortiek grows out of a real traveler community: trip reports, route guides, and the stories that come from spending your life at 38,000 feet. It was built in departure lounges and on red-eyes, not in a conference room.
That community shaped every feature. The upgrade engine exists because "am I getting upgraded?" is the question road warriors ask most. The stat cards exist because travelers love sharing a great flight. The data flywheel exists because the community's real outcomes make the predictions sharper for everyone.
Software companies can copy features. They can't copy a trusted voice and a community that forms around real travel outcomes.
The engine underneath
Vortiek is built under the Trunnion AI umbrella, a team focused on advanced AI systems, intelligent automation and agentic orchestration. The eight-agent mesh, the guardrails, the explainability layer: that's Trunnion AI engineering applied to travel.
The result is a product that's AI-native rather than AI-flavored, grounded agents with least-privilege access, human approval on every binding action, and reasoning you can always inspect.
How we build
Every screen has a useful default, a sample or a next action. From your first minute, the product works.
The first paid prompt only fires after Vortiek has delivered a real win. We earn the upgrade.
The most urgent fact, gate, score, risk, is readable in one second on any surface.
Scores and AI answers always show their reasoning. No mystery numbers, ever.
WCAG-AA contrast, dynamic type, VoiceOver and TalkBack, reduced-motion support, for every traveler.
