Privacy Notice
Effective and last updated: August 19, 2026
1. Scope and operator
This notice covers the public website at vortiek.com. Vortiek is a prelaunch product operated by Trunnion AI, LLC, the commercial AI software subsidiary of Duskbridge, at 8100 Wyoming Blvd NE Ste M4-301, Albuquerque, NM 87113, United States. Email privacy@trunnion.ai for privacy matters. The future product and apps are not currently offered for purchase; they will receive a separate, product-specific notice before personal travel or account data is accepted.
2. Information and sources
- Correspondence: information you choose to send from your own email application, including your address and message.
- Site activity: page, device, browser, approximate region, referral, and event metadata only if you affirmatively allow optional Trunnion analytics.
- Preference data: your analytics choice, stored locally in your browser. Global Privacy Control is honored as an opt-out.
- Security and delivery logs: limited network and request data processed by the hosting and content delivery providers that serve this site, to deliver, cache, secure, and protect it.
Do not send passwords, loyalty numbers, payment details, health data, government identifiers, or confidential travel documents through public-site email links.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Provide and secure the website and respond to messages: our legitimate interests and steps you request.
- Measure aggregate site use: your consent. Optional analytics stays off until you allow it.
- Meet legal duties and protect rights: legal obligation and legitimate interests.
Correspondence sent through the published Vortiek email routes is not used to train or fine-tune AI models.
4. Sharing and sales
We share information only with the service providers needed to operate this website: application hosting, content delivery and edge security (which terminates TLS and caches responses), domain and DNS administration, email service for correspondence, and Trunnion analytics only after your consent. Each provider processes data for defined operational purposes under applicable agreements. Our public provider list identifies the current providers and their purposes, and the website Data Processing Addendum is published for review. Material provider changes are reflected in this notice's revision date. We do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use third-party advertising cookies.
5. Retention
Ordinary correspondence is retained for up to 24 months after the matter closes; verified privacy-request records are retained for six years to document compliance; your browser preference remains until you clear or replace it. Hosting and security logs follow our providers' documented operational schedules. We delete sooner when information is no longer needed, unless preservation is required by law, dispute, or a documented legal hold.
6. Rights and choices
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or an appeal. We do not discriminate for exercising rights. Email privacy@trunnion.ai with the right requested and the email address involved. We verify only what is reasonably necessary and respond within applicable deadlines. An authorized agent may act where law permits. See Your Privacy Choices.
7. International visitors
The prelaunch site is operated from the United States and is not actively offered to, or used to monitor the behavior of, people in the EEA or UK. Optional analytics nevertheless requires consent for every visitor. EEA and UK visitors may contact us or their local supervisory authority. We will complete a separate international-transfer and representative assessment before intentionally offering the product in those markets.
8. Children, security, and changes
This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information. See our Security page for public-site safeguards and reporting. We will post material changes here and update the date above.
