Vortiek ("Vortiek", "we", "us") is a travel intelligence platform operated under the Trunnion AI umbrella. This policy explains what information we collect through vortiek.com and the Vortiek platform, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information we collect

• Information you give us. When you request early access, join a waitlist, or contact us, we collect the details you submit, such as your email address, company name and message.
• Travel data you import. When you use the Vortiek platform, flight confirmations, itineraries and loyalty details you forward or connect are processed to deliver the product's features.
• Usage and device data. We collect analytics about how the site and product are used, such as pages viewed, actions taken, approximate location, browser and device type. Our analytics are configured to receive event metadata only. Form contents such as your name, email or message are not sent to analytics.

3. How we use information

• To provide, maintain and improve Vortiek's products and services.
• To manage early access waves, waitlists and your account.
• To respond to inquiries and provide support.
• To understand product usage and improve the experience.
• To send service updates and, with your consent where required, product news. You can opt out at any time.

4. What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not send your form contents, message bodies or contact details to our analytics tooling.
• We do not let AI agents take binding actions on your behalf without your explicit approval.

5. Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us operate (such as cloud hosting, email delivery and analytics infrastructure), under contracts that limit their use of your data; with professional advisers where necessary; and where required by law. Aggregated, de-identified community data (such as upgrade outcome statistics) may be used to improve predictions for all users and is never presented in a way that identifies you.

6. Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or de-identify it. Early access requests are kept until launch operations conclude or you ask us to remove you.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, reach us through the contact page. We respond to verified requests within the timelines required by applicable law.

8. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, least-privilege access controls and scoped, rate-limited access for AI agents. No system is perfectly secure, so we also design for containment and rapid response.

9. Children

Vortiek is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes

We will post any changes to this policy here and update the effective date. Material changes will be flagged prominently on the site or by email.
