Coverage and validation

What is validated. What is not.

Coverage should be a dated evidence record, not a broad promise. This ledger names the product areas Vortiek is exploring and the proof required before any airline, program, platform, or outcome is called supported.

Review cadenceMonthly during prelaunch and at every material status change

As of September 20, 2026, Vortiek publishes no validated airline, loyalty-program, award-inventory, native-app, or commercial coverage. This is a disclosure boundary, not a count of internal prototypes or vendor conversations.

The ledger

Current public status by data path.

A status of “in validation” or “research” does not mean a capability is available. It names where evidence is still required.

Data pathStatusWhat is true nowNext evidence gate
Flight schedule and status contextIn validationNo production feed, provider list, refresh promise, or geographic coverage is publicly certified.Name the authorized source, measure freshness and failure behavior, and show source time in the interface.
Award availabilityIn validationNo airline or loyalty-program inventory is represented as live or supported.Verify each program and cabin path, refresh behavior, booking handoff, and known blind spots.
Upgrade decision supportMethod researchNo prediction accuracy, clearance probability, or airline outcome is claimed.Publish a dated evaluation set, calibration method, limitations, and release-specific result.
Loyalty balances and statusResearchNo loyalty account is connected and no qualification calculation is offered.Validate user authorization, provider terms, calculation rules, revocation, and deletion.
Traveler-controlled AIResearchNo production model, agent roster, or travel action is available on this site.Document the model and tool boundary, permissions, evaluations, monitoring, and human approval gates.
Team travel workflowsResearchNo enterprise product, tenant control, service level, or duty-of-care service is offered.Validate permissions, tenant isolation, privacy terms, accessibility, support, and continuity.
Bookings, payments, and account changesOut of scope todayThe public site cannot book, buy, cancel, modify an account, or accept a travel record.A future release would require a separate offer, consent flow, security review, and explicit human confirmation.

Evidence standard

What “validated” must mean.

A logo, a test response, or a successful sample query is not coverage. Public support requires the full path to be scoped, measured, and understandable when it fails.

01

Source authority

The data is traveler-provided with permission, provider-authorized, or from a clearly named official public source.

02

Scope

The exact airlines, programs, routes, regions, cabins, and time windows are enumerated.

03

Freshness

Expected refresh cadence, observed latency, timestamps, and stale-data behavior are measured.

04

Failure behavior

Missing, conflicting, delayed, and revoked data produce visible, recoverable states.

05

Terms and privacy

Provider terms, user authorization, retention, deletion, and purpose limits are reviewed.

06

Interface evidence

The product shows source, observation time, confidence limits, and what still requires provider confirmation.

Authoritative today

The provider still decides.

Until a Vortiek release publishes a specific supported path, travelers should confirm schedules, availability, program rules, and travel rights with the relevant provider. U.S. travelers can also consult the official consumer and system-status resources below.
