These terms govern vortiek.com, a prelaunch informational website operated by Trunnion AI, LLC, 8100 Wyoming Blvd NE Ste M4-301, Albuquerque, NM 87113, United States. They do not create a subscription, product account, paid trial, travel-agent relationship, or purchase contract. Product-specific terms will apply before Vortiek accepts accounts or payments.

2. Prelaunch information

Features, timelines, platforms, pricing concepts, demonstrations, screenshots, and examples describe development direction only. They may change and are not a promise, warranty, binding offer, or statement that a capability is currently available. We may update or withdraw this information at any time.

3. Travel and AI limitations

Forecasts, scores, recommendations, award-space examples, and AI-generated text are estimates for informational purposes. They can be incomplete or wrong and do not guarantee upgrades, inventory, fares, schedules, benefits, or airline action. Airlines, loyalty programs, airports, and other providers control their own systems and terms. Independently confirm consequential decisions with the relevant provider. Vortiek is not an airline, travel agency, or fiduciary adviser.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not interfere with the site, bypass security, scrape at harmful volume, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, or use the site unlawfully.
• Do not submit passwords, payment data, loyalty credentials, government identifiers, health data, or confidential travel documents through public email links.
• Names and marks of airlines or third parties belong to their owners; references do not imply endorsement.

5. Intellectual property and feedback

The site content, design, software, and Vortiek marks are owned by Trunnion AI, LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or commercialized without permission, except as law allows. Feedback may be used without restriction or compensation, but we do not claim ownership of confidential material you did not intend to provide.

6. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, this prelaunch website is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties. Trunnion AI, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from site use. Our aggregate liability for public-site claims will not exceed US $100. These limits do not apply where prohibited or to liability that cannot legally be limited.

7. Governing law, changes, and contact

New Mexico law governs, without regard to conflict rules, and courts in Bernalillo County, New Mexico have exclusive jurisdiction unless consumer law requires otherwise.
