These terms govern your use of vortiek.com and, once available to you, the Vortiek platform and apps (together, the "Services"), operated under the Trunnion AI umbrella. By using the Services you agree to these terms.
Early access is offered in waves, at our discretion, and may include features that are incomplete or change without notice. We may modify, suspend or end early access programs at any time.
Vortiek provides predictions, scores and recommendations, including upgrade probabilities, connection risk and award availability. These are informed estimates, not guarantees. Airlines control their own upgrade lists, schedules and award inventory. You are responsible for your travel decisions, and we are not liable for airline decisions, schedule changes, missed connections or the outcome of any booking.
AI agents in the Services act only with the permissions you grant, and binding actions such as bookings or payments always require your explicit confirmation. AI outputs can be imperfect; review them before relying on them.
Paid tiers, pricing and included features are described on the pricing page. Prices may change; changes apply from your next renewal. Taxes may apply. Refunds follow the policy of the store or checkout you purchased through.
The Services, including software, design, brand and content, are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the Services as intended.
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
You can stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, with notice where practicable.
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Questions go through the contact page.
