The short version

• Analytics events receive metadata only, never your message bodies. Signup emails are captured through our first-party infrastructure solely to manage early access and updates.

Rights you can exercise

How to make a request

Submit a request through the contact page with the subject "Privacy request" and tell us which right you want to exercise. We verify requests using the email address associated with your data and respond within the timeline your local law requires (typically 30 to 45 days). You may use an authorized agent where the law allows.
